HubSpot Unveils Data Hub, Breeze Agents and ‘The Loop’ at INBOUND 2025

HubSpot used its INBOUND 2025 conference at the Moscone Center today to roll out a slate of AI-driven product updates spanning data, marketing, sales and commerce, and to introduce “The Loop,” a new AI-era growth playbook.

Data Hub and Smart CRM updates. HubSpot introduced a new Data Hub to connect external sources and apply AI for cleansing and unification (Data Studio, Data Quality), alongside Smart CRM enhancements like Flexible CRM Views, Conversational & Intent Enrichment and Smart Insights; these updates are available in beta.
